I wanted a digital version of the old recipes in case my cat eats my cookbook (a matter of time), and also to be able to share our current favorites with each other. Paula's Homemade Irish Creme
1 can Eagle Brand
4 eggs, beaten well
4 oz. Irish whiskey
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. coconut extract
1 T. Hershey's chocolate syrup.
