FRUIT SALAD
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
1 c. crushed pineapple, well-drained
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until partially set. Fold in other ingredients. Pour into 1 qt. dish. Chill until firm. Serves 8.
