Nancy's Low-Fat Parmesan Chicken

6 breasts, skinned and deboned
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2  c. bread crumbs
1/4 t. pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Italian fat-free salad dressing

Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken in salad dressing. Dredge in crumbs. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes until tender. 200 calories.
