I wanted a digital version of the old recipes in case my cat eats my cookbook (a matter of time), and also to be able to share our current favorites with each other. Gus's Barbecue Sauce
BARBECUE SAUCE
1 c. vegetable oil
1 t. red pepper
1 pt. cider vinegar
1 t. Tabasco sauce
4 T. salt
garlic powder to taste
Mix all and baste over meat while grilling. Keeps well in refrigerator.
