Trudy's Blender Hollandaise Sauce

BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

1 stick salted butter, melted
1 T. lemon juice
dash salt
3 egg yolks

Warm blender container. Dump egg yolks into blender container. Add salt and lemon juice. Slowly add melted butter. Blend until thick. Serve on anything. Especially good on broccoli and asparagus.
