BUTTERBEAN CASSEROLE
2 pkg. frozen butterbeans
2 onions, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1 stick margarine
1 small carton sour cream
Cook beans a few minutes. Drain. Saute onion in margarine. Cool. Add pimento and sour cream. Put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes until just hot.
