WHEAT RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS
1 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
5 t. baking soda
3 c. granulated Splenda
1 t. salt
5 c. wheat flour
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. Crisco
In a large bowl, mix cereal, Splenda, flour, soda and salt. Beat eggs well. Add eggs, oil and milk to dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full; bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
