PORTABELLA FAJITAS
1 pkg. sliced portabella
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Saute above ingredients until soft, about 5-6 minutes. Serve wrapped in soft flour or corn tortillas with chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa.
