1 can French cut beans
1 can Petit pois or very small English peas
1 thinly sliced onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
1 c. diced celery
1 c. Mazola oil
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
Mix all and add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 12-18 hours.
