Merle's Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1 med. onion, diced
garlic salt
1 T. salt
1/2 t. mustard
1/2 t. paprika
1/8 t. pepper
3 T. sugar
2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 t. parsley
1 t. celery

Blend in blender. Refrigerate in closed container. Makes approximately 1 qt.
